Leland Management Employees earn the Certified Manager of Community Associations Designation

Leland Management is pleased to announce that two Leland team members: Community Association Manager, Dee Belet, and Division Director, Doug Harrier have recently been designated CMCA’s (Certified Community Association Managers) by the Community Association Institute.

The CMCA certification provides standards for association management that gives homeowners and board members confidence in their manager’s knowledge and ability to provide professional service. It is the only worldwide certification program designed exclusively for community association managers.

To earn the CMCA designation, the CAM must demonstrate the fundamental knowledge needed to manage an association, uphold the ethical standards for community association management and commit to continue to their education on  the issues that association managers face every day.

The CMCA designation helps to ensure that the community manager has the knowledge, experience and integrity to provide the best possible service to the community.  This designation signifies that the manager has made a substantial commitment and investment in their education, career, and the communities that they serve.
